Directions to FHLBank Topeka
From Kansas City International Airport (traveling west)
Upon leaving the airport, take I-29 North/435 West and proceed approximately 2 1/2 miles to the 435 South exit, which will be marked with a sign indicating the way to Topeka. From 435 South, take the I-70 West exit to Topeka. The drive to Topeka on I-70 is approximately one hour on a toll road ($2.35). Take the Salina/Topeka exit (#183), and stay on I-70 through the toll booth. Continue on I-70 west around downtown Topeka to the Wanamaker Road exit (approximately 10 miles from the toll booth). At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Wanamaker Road, which turns into Sixth Street. Stay to the right of the roundabout to merge onto Sixth Street. Take the first right into the FHLBank Topeka/Security Benefit Group complex. Follow the road east to the visitor parking area, which is in front of the building on the north side. FHLBank Topeka is the eastern-most pavilion.
From I-70 (traveling east)
Take I-70 East into Topeka, and take the Wanamaker Road exit. At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Wanamaker Road, which turns into Sixth Street. Stay to the right of the roundabout to merge onto Sixth Street. Take the first right into the FHLBank Topeka/Security Benefit Group complex. Follow the road east to the visitor parking area, which is in front of the building on the north side. FHLBank Topeka is the eastern-most pavilion.
From Highway 75 (traveling south)
Take Highway 75 South into Topeka and merge onto I-70 West. Continue on I-70 West to the Wanamaker Road exit. At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Wanamaker Road, which turns into Sixth Street. Stay to the right of the roundabout to merge onto Sixth Street. From I-335/I-35 (traveling north)
Take I-335/I-35 into Topeka to the South Topeka toll exit (#177). Continue on I-470 West to I-70 East. After merging onto I-70 East, take the Wanamaker Road exit (approximately a mile and a half).
