FHLBank Topeka purchases your eligible conventional and government loans through the MPF Program, a high-performance secondary market option that provides increased profitability through competitive pricing and ongoing credit enhancement fee income.

The MPF Program gives mortgage lenders the ability to do what you do best – you retain the valuable customer relationship. FHLBank does what we do best – we manage the interest rate, prepayment and funding risks. Rather than paying guarantee fees to sell your conventional and government loans to a secondary market agency, you receive credit enhancement fee income from FHLBank Topeka for your credit expertise.
