2. We permit only authorized employees, who are required to keep such information confidential, to have access to it.

3. We use or disclose such information only (a) in the ordinary course of business performing services on your behalf, (b) as permitted by 16 C.F.R. § 313.11, or (c) as may be required by law or by our regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

4. We maintain reasonable procedures to ensure the proper disposal of customer and consumer information.
