Payoff/Request for Release of Retention Agreement


FHLBank Housing and Community Development staff are working remotely due to the pandemic. Please allow 10 business days for processing of repayment requests and real estate retention agreement releases.


Complete the Request

Follow the instructions below to request a payoff and/or release of FHLBank's Real Estate Retention Agreement for an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) or Homeownership Set-aside Program (HSP) grant.

To facilitate the required regulatory repayment calculation, complete the Request Payoff or Release form in its entirety and submit to Housing and Community Development (HCD).

Allow ten business days for processing of a release.
