Advances will be limited to 90 days or less after noon CT Friday, May 23, 2025. The Lending Desk recommends notification of all term prepayment requests by 10 a.m. CT May 23, 2025, as well.

Holiday Guidelines for the MPF Program
In observance of Memorial Day, the MPF Program will not accept Delivery Commitments or Fundings on Monday, May 26, 2025. Additionally, due to the SIFMA Bond Market’s scheduled early closing on the business day prior to the observance of Memorial Day, Delivery Commitments and Loan Fundings will not be accepted by the MPF Program after 1 p.m. CT Friday, May 23, 2025. The MPF Service Center will be available Friday, May 23, 2025, to take calls and answer questions until 3 p.m. CT.
