The fourth and final TurnKey monthly allocations of the Homeownership Possibilities Expanded (HOPE) and Homeownership Set-aside Program (HSP) will be released on Monday, June 2. We acknowledge the previous allocation releases have not gone as planned and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, frustration and confusion this has caused. We have continued to work tirelessly with our IT vendor over the last month to mitigate system issues.

Important updates for HOPE:

• HOPE funds will be released and available for reservation at 8 a.m. CT.
• HOPE funds will be reserved upon initiation of reservation. Once the Reservation Initiation Screen – Homebuyer Information (Grant Amount, Household Member 1 Name and First-time Homebuyer Question, etc.) and the Additional Contacts Screens are completed and “Save and Continue” or “Save and Exit” are selected, funds will be reserved for the household. The reservation must then be completed and submitted within one day or it will expire, and funds will no longer be reserved for the household.
• HOPE funds will continue to be reserved upon initiation of reservation for the remainder of the 2025 TurnKey.

Important updates for HSP:

• HSP funds will be released and available for reservation at 1 p.m. CT.
• HSP funds will continue to be reserved upon submission of reservation.

Please keep in mind that TurnKey program funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and funds should not be promised or guaranteed to households until the reservation has been deemed eligible by our Housing and Community Development department.
