This year’s report highlights the work we did in partnership with our members to enhance communities across District 10 as well as how we strive to make a difference close to home. Facts and figures include:

• More than 98% of counties in our district have been impacted by your use of our affordable housing and community development programs, Mortgage Partnership Finance Program and pledged collateral.
• Through our TurnKey program, 1,308 households realized the dream of homeownership in 2024, and 1,699 units will be created or supported through our Affordable Housing Program.
• We committed $403 million in Standby Bond Purchase agreements to state housing and finance authorities.
• FHLBank as a company donated more than $1.4 million to national, local and state charitable organizations.
