Holiday Guidelines for Advances
In observance of Independence Day, advances will be limited to 90 days or less after noon on Thursday, July 2, 2026, and all day Friday, July 3, 2026. The Lending Desk requires all prepayment requests be received by 10 a.m. CT on the days when advances are limited.

Holiday Guidelines for the MPF Program
In observance of Independence Day, the MPF Program will not accept Delivery Commitments or Loan Fundings on Friday, July 3, 2026. Additionally, due to the SIFMA Bond Market’s scheduled early closing on the business day prior to the observance of Independence Day, Delivery Commitments and Loan Fundings will not be accepted by the MPF Program after 1 p.m. CT on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
