FHLBank Topeka is proud to introduce TurnKey, our new and expanded suite of downpayment assistance programs. With inflation, interest rates and the cost of housing on the rise, buying a house can seem out of reach for some. TurnKey is designed to help unlock homeownership and make the dream of owning a home a reality for families and individuals throughout our district.
Better still, we’re excited to offer more assistance to homebuyers than ever before through three different programs under the TurnKey name. These programs include our Homeownership Set-aside Program (HSP), Homeownership Set-aside Program Plus (HSP+) and Homeownership Possibilities Expanded (HOPE).

Registration is required to participate in any TurnKey programs and will open early February. TurnKey funds will be available for reservation beginning March 4.
