To participate in the 2020 HSP, members will need to complete and submit an HSP Member Registration Agreement (Registration Agreement) located on the Resources tab above.
New in 2020: Upon execution of the Registration Agreement to participate in the 2020 HSP, members may reserve HSP funds for eligible households in accordance with the AHP Implementation Plan during each subsequent year's HSP funding period for which subsidies are available. Annual registration to participate in HSP will no longer be required after the execution of the Registration Agreement for the 2020 HSP.
The Registration Agreement must be signed by a representative from your institution who is included on the FHLBank Credit Resolution, the FHLBank Credit Authorization or the FHLBank AHP/HSP Authorization Form.
Only one Registration Agreement is required per member institution to participate. Please do not send multiple agreements. Submit the completed Agreement to: firstname.lastname@example.org.The emailed copy of the Registration Agreement is sufficient, please do not mail the original Registration Agreement.
Registered members may begin reserving funds on March 2, 2020, or after FHLBank receives and accepts an executed Registration Agreement.
